Officers of Corporations

21. Officers of Corporations



(1) The Corporation may from time to time employ such persons as are necessary
for the carrying out of the objects, functions, powers and duties of the
Corporation.



(2) Persons employed by the Corporation shall be employed on the terms and
conditions determined by the Corporation and approved by the Minister.
