Transitional-members of Council

70. Transitional-members of Council

Section 8(1B) does not apply to a member of the Council appointed immediately
before the commencement of section 74 of the Higher Education Acts (Amendment)
Act 2005 with respect to that appointment but does apply to that member in
relation to any further appointment to the Council after that date.
