65. Organisations related to Swinburne Institute or Prahran College



On and after the appointed day, a reference to Swinburne Institute or Prahran
College (by whatever name) in the constitution or rules of a student
representative council or student union, whether incorporate or unincorporate,
related to Swinburne Institute or Prahran College, has effect as a reference
to the University and, in so far as applicable continues to apply to that part
of the University carried on on the campus of the Institute or College.
