63. Regulations of Swinburne Institute and Prahran College



(1) The regulations of Swinburne Institute and Prahran College in force
immediately before the commencement of this section, to the extent to which
they could be made as Statutes under this Act and are not inconsistent with
any Statutes or regulations so made continue to have effect-

   (a)  as if made as regulations under a Statute of the University; and

   (b)  as if a reference to the Institute or College as a campus were a
        reference to the campus; and

   (c)  as if any other reference to the Institute or College were a reference
        to the University.

(2) Regulations continued in force under subsection (1) may be amended or
revoked as if they were regulations under this Act and as if this section were
the Statute under which they were made.
