Any reference to the State Trust, State Trust Corporation of Victoria, Public Trustee, Public Trustee for Victoria or Public Trust Office in any Act (except this Act), subordinate instrument, order, will, codicil, instrument, trust deed, contract or other document whatsoever is to be construed as a reference to State Trustees.
