STATE TRUSTEES (STATE OWNED COMPANY) ACT 1994 - SECT 20A
Continued application of the Trustee Companies Act 1984(1) Despite the commencement of the Trustee Companies Legislation Amendment Act 2010 , the Trustee Companies Act 1984 , as in force immediately before that commencement, continues to apply in respect of State Trustees.

(2) Despite subsection (1), sections 26AA, 26A and 26B of the Trustee Companies Act 1984 apply in respect of State Trustees.

(3) Despite subsection (1), section 52 of the Trustee Companies Act 1984 , as in force immediately before the commencement of the Trustee Companies Legislation Amendment Act 2010 , does not apply in respect of State Trustees.
