Service of application and other documents on offender

9. Service of application and other documents on offender

As soon as practicable after making an application under section 5, the
Secretary must cause the following to be served on the offender-

   (a)  a copy of the application;

   (b)  a copy of any assessment report that accompanied the application;

   (c)  a notice in the prescribed form setting out the offender's rights in
        relation to, and the procedure for the hearing and determination of,
        the application.
