Who can make an assessment report?

7. Who can make an assessment report?



(1) An assessment report can only be made by-

   (a)  a psychologist; or

   (b)  a psychiatrist; or

   (c)  any other health service provider of a kind prescribed for the
        purposes of this section-

following a personal examination of the offender.

(2) A medical expert may still make an assessment report even if the offender
does not cooperate, or does not cooperate fully, in the examination by the
expert.
