50. Transitional provision-Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring (Amendment) Act
2006
The amendments made to this Act by section 3 of the Serious Sex Offenders
Monitoring (Amendment) Act 2006 apply with respect to an extended supervision
order, irrespective of whether that order is made before, on or after the
commencement of that section.
