44. Restriction on disclosure of personal information by Adult Parole Board



(1) In this section, personal information means information about an
individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from
the information.

(2) The Adult Parole Board must ensure that personal information obtained by
it under this Act is only disclosed by it for law enforcement or judicial
functions or activities and then only to a government department, public
statutory authority or court or as otherwise required by or under this or any
other Act or any law.
