Lapse of application on suspension of order

41H. Lapse of application on suspension of order

A change of name application under this Part by or on behalf of an offender
lapses if-





   (a)  the extended supervision order or interim extended supervision order
        in respect of the offender is suspended in any of the circumstances
        referred to in section 19(1) or 25K(1) (as the case requires); and

   (b)  the Victorian Registrar has not registered the change of name before
        that suspension.
