Directions hearings

27. Directions hearings



(1) The court to which an application is made under this Part may fix a date
(no earlier than a reasonable number of working days ahead) for a directions
hearing to be conducted in relation to the hearing of the application.

(2) The court must cause notice of the date of a directions hearing to be
served on each party to the application as soon as practicable after fixing a
date under subsection (1).

(3) At a directions hearing the court may give such directions as it thinks
necessary about the hearing of the application.
