Duration of extended supervision order

14. Duration of extended supervision order



(1) Unless sooner revoked, the period of an extended supervision order is the
period (not exceeding 15 years) determined by the court and specified in the
order.

(2) If an extended supervision order is to replace another extended
supervision order, the period of the new extended supervision order is, unless
the new order is sooner revoked, the period (not exceeding 15 years)
determined by the court and specified in the new order, irrespective of how
much of the other order remained unexpired at the time it was revoked.
