73C. Transitional provision-Justice Legislation Amendment (Sex Offences
Procedure) Act 2008



(1) The amendments made to this Act by section 18 of the Justice Legislation
Amendment (Sex Offences Procedure) Act 2008 apply to a person who is sentenced
for a registrable offence on or after the commencement of that section.

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a sentence imposed by an appellate
court on setting aside a sentencing order must be taken to have been imposed
at the time the original sentencing order was made.
