Exclusion of liability

71. Exclusion of liability



(1) An act or omission that a person does or omits to do in good faith in the
administration or execution of this Act does not subject the person personally
to any action, liability, claim or demand.

(2) Section 86J of the Police Regulation Act 1958 extends to any act
purporting to be done by the Director or any other person referred to in that
section in pursuance of the Director's functions under Part 4 of this Act.
