SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRATION ACT 2004 - SECT 66ZZA
Revocation of a registration order(1) On a written application made by the Chief Commissioner of Police, the court must revoke a registration order if it is satisfied that the corresponding prohibition order is no longer in effect in the State or Territory in which it was made.
