Director to be given reasonable assistance

66B. Director to be given reasonable assistance

The Chief Commissioner of Police must ensure that members of the police force
and other persons authorised by him or her to have access to the Register of
Sex Offenders or any part of that Register give the Director any assistance
that the Director reasonably requires to enable the Director to perform the
Director's functions under this Part.
