35. Reduced period applies for juvenile registrable offenders



(1) The reporting periods specified in section 34 do not apply to a person who
was a child at the time at which he or she committed each registrable offence.

(2) Instead, a reporting period that is half the reporting period that would
otherwise apply to the person under section 34 (or 71/2 years in the case of a
reporting period for life) applies to him or her.
