21. Powers of committees of management of reserved forests under the
Forests Act 1958

After section 50(5)(ba) of the Forests Act 1958 insert-

"(bb) the setting aside of areas of that land for specific purposes, including
prohibiting or regulating-

   (i)  access to and entry onto those areas; and

   (ii) activities in, or the use of, those areas;".
