Direction to produce authorisation under section 10

19. Direction to produce authorisation under section 10



(1) An authorised officer may direct a person who is, or who belongs to a
class which is, subject to an authorisation under section 10 to produce that
authorisation for inspection-

   (a)  immediately; or

   (b)  within 7 days at a place determined by the authorised officer.

(2) A person must comply with a direction under this section.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
