16. Entitlements under miners rights and tourist fossicking authorities

Despite anything to the contrary in Part 5 of the
Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990, the holder of a miner's
right or a tourist fossicking authority under that Part of that Act is not
entitled to re-enter a public safety zone in contravention of a direction of
an authorised officer under section 14.
