Authorisation to be in public safety zone

10. Authorisation to be in public safety zone



(1) The Secretary may authorise a person or class of person to be in a public
safety zone.

(2) An authorisation under this section-

   (a)  must be in writing; and

   (b)  is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the authorisation.
