Sale of Land Act 1962 - SCHEDULE 1
PARTICULARS OF MORTGAGE Particulars to be Supplied When Land Sold Subject to a
Mortgage. (a) The amount secured by the mortgage is (b) The mortgage 1 does
not provide for further advances by the mortgagee.
