49. Application of amendment to section 32-Agriculture Legislation (Amendments
and Repeals) Act 2002

Despite the commencement of section 30 of the Agriculture Legislation
(Amendments and Repeals) Act 2002, section 32, as in force immediately before
that commencement, continues to apply to any contract for the sale of land
entered into before that commencement. __________________
