Damage to land

36. Damage to land

Where land has been destroyed or damaged, the vendor may restore that damage
and where the vendor does so before the purchaser becomes entitled to
possession or to the receipt of rents and profits, the purchaser shall not be
entitled to rely on the provisions of section 34 or 35.
