Exceptions to prohibition

29C. Exceptions to prohibition

Section 29B does not prevent a person from selling land under a terms contract
if-

   (a)  the person has first obtained the consent of an arbitrator to enter
        into the contract; or

   (b)  the contract is of a prescribed class and is entered into in
        accordance with the regulations.
