18. Power to Governor in Council to appoint arbitrators



(1) For the purposes of this Act the Governor in Council may appoint so many
persons to be arbitrators as he thinks fit.

(2) No person shall be appointed an arbitrator unless he is a judge of the
county court or a person qualified to be appointed a judge of the county
court.
