Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement



(1) This Act may be cited as the Sale of Land Act 1962.

(2) This Act shall come into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the
Governor in Council published in the Government Gazette and any such
proclamation may fix different days for the coming into operation of different
sections of the Act.
