86. Trade Practices Act 1974 of the Commonwealth

The regulations may provide that any act or thing or kind of act or thing of
or relating to a particular State owned enterprise or a subsidiary of a State
owned enterprise is authorised for a particular period for the purposes of
Part IV of the Trade Practices Act 1974 of the Commonwealth and the
Competition Code.
