82. Reports



(1) A special investigator may make written or oral reports to the Treasurer
in the course of an investigation.

(2) The final report to the Treasurer may include such recommendations as the
special investigator thinks fit.

(3) A special investigator is not, in the absence of malice, liable to an
action for defamation at the suit of any person in respect of any statement
made, whether orally or in writing, in the course of carrying out the
functions of special investigator.
