Immunity

80. Immunity



(1) A special investigator or person acting under the authority of a special
investigator incurs no civil or criminal liability for an act or omission in
good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of a power under this Part.

(2) A person incurs no civil or criminal liability for anything done in good
faith in compliance or purported compliance with a requirement of a special
investigator or person acting under the authority of a special investigator.
