PART 6 PRESCRIBED BODIES-SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS

Definition

76. Definition

In this Part, prescribed body means a statutory corporation or State business
corporation that is declared by Order of the Governor in Council published in
the Government Gazette to be a prescribed body for the purposes of this Part.
