75. Treasurer to present accounts and reports to Parliament

The Treasurer must cause to be laid before each House of the Parliament as
soon as practicable after the Treasurer receives them, copies of-

   (a)  the memorandum and articles of each State owned company and any
        amendments to those memorandum or articles;

   (b)  financial reports, directors' reports and the auditor's report for
        each State owned company as required by the Corporations Act;

   (c)  each report by the Auditor-General in relation to a State owned
        company.
