7. Declaration of statutory corporation as reorganising body



(1) The Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may
declare a statutory corporation to be a reorganising body.

(2) A declaration under this section may be made for the purpose of the
statutory corporation becoming a State business corporation or a State owned
company, or for any other reason.
