Transfer of assets and liabilities

68. Transfer of assets and liabilities

The Treasurer and a company referred to in section 67 may enter into an
agreement for the transfer of assets and liabilities of the State or of a
statutory corporation to the company for an agreed consideration, whether by
assumption of liabilities or otherwise.
