Treasurer may form or participate in formation of company

67. Treasurer may form or participate in formation of company

For the purposes of this Act, the Treasurer may form, or participate in the
formation or acquisition of, and be a member of, a company limited by shares
that are issued only to-

   (a)  the State;

   (b)  nominees of the State;

   (c)  a statutory corporation;

   (ca) nominees of a statutory corporation;





   (d)  a State owned company;

   (e)  nominees of a State owned company-



as the Treasurer directs in writing.
