66. Declaration by Governor in Council



(1) The Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may
declare a company to be a State owned company if the shares in the company are
held only by one or more of the State, a nominee of the State, a statutory
corporation, a nominee of a statutory corporation, a State owned company or a
nominee of a State owned company.

(2) A company to which an Order under subsection (1) applies ceases to be a
State owned company on the revocation of the Order.
