62. Capital structure of converting body



(1) A converting body has a share capital divided into shares of $1 each.

(2) The Treasurer-

   (a)  must make a declaration specifying the amount of the nominal share
        capital of the converting body; and

   (b)  may declare that the nominal share capital is divided into classes of
        shares.
