Half-yearly reports

55. Half-yearly reports



(1) In January or February in each year or at such other time as the relevant
Minister approves, the board of each State business corporation must give to
the relevant Minister and the Treasurer a report of the operations of the
corporation during the period of 6 months ending on the preceding 31 December
and prescribed financial statements for that period.

(2) If the relevant Minister, by notice in writing given to the State business
corporation, requires certain information to be included in a report, that
information must be included in the report.
