Appropriation for guarantee etc.

52. Appropriation for guarantee etc.



(1) Any sums required by the Treasurer in fulfilling any liability arising
under a guarantee under this Part shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund
which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.

(2) Any sums received or recovered by the Treasurer from a State business
corporation or otherwise in respect of sums paid by the Treasurer under a
guarantee under this Part shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
