Act to prevail

5. Act to prevail

If a provision of this Act or of an Order under this Act is inconsistent with
a provision of the constituting Act of a statutory corporation or State body,
or of any other Act conferring functions or powers on a statutory corporation,
the provision of this Act or of the Order prevails.
