Terms and conditions of appointment

26. Terms and conditions of appointment



(1) A director of a State business corporation, other than a preference
director, shall be appointed for such term, not exceeding 3 years, as is
specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for
re-appointment.

(2) A director of a State business corporation, other than a preference
director, holds office, subject to this Act, on such terms and conditions as
are determined by the relevant Minister and the Treasurer.

(3) If the Gas and Fuel Corporation of Victoria is a State business
corporation, each preference director holds office in accordance with the
articles of the Corporation.
