State Owned Enterprises Act 1992 - SECT 22

Delegation

22. Delegation

A State business corporation may, by instrument under its common or official
seal, delegate to-

   (a)  the board or 2 or more directors; or





   (b)  an officer of the corporation by name or the holder of an office
        within the corporation; or

   (c)  a committee established by the corporation; or

   (d)  with the consent of the relevant Minister, any other person-

any power of the corporation, other than-

   (e)  this power of delegation; and

   (f)  any power to make by-laws; and

   (g)  any power to set a tariff or make or levy rates; and

   (h)  any other power that is prescribed for the purposes of this section.
