Functions

19. Functions



(1) The functions of a State business corporation are-

   (a)  subject to this Act, the functions conferred on it by or under its
        constituting Act or an Act other than this Act; and

   (b)  the functions conferred on it by or under this Act.



(2) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Treasurer after
consultation with the relevant Minister, by Order published in the Government
Gazette, may alter or vary the functions of a State business corporation.
