Repayment of capital

16A. Repayment of capital



(1) The capital of a State body is repayable to the State at such times, and
in such amounts, as the Treasurer directs in writing after consultation with
the relevant Minister and the board of the State body.

(2) In giving a direction under this section, the Treasurer shall have regard
to any advice that the board has given to the Treasurer in relation to the
State body's affairs.
