Variation of Order in Council

16. Variation of Order in Council

The Governor in Council by Order published in the Government Gazette may alter
or vary an Order made under this Part and make changes to the constitution,
functions and powers and other matters affecting a State body (whether or not
it has been declared under Part 3 to be a State business corporation).
