Repayment of capital

12. Repayment of capital



(1) The capital of a reorganising body is repayable to the State at such
times, and in such amounts, as the Treasurer, after consultation with the
relevant Minister directs in writing after consultation with the board.

(2) In giving a direction under this section, the Treasurer shall have regard
to any advice that the board has given to the Treasurer in relation to the
reorganising body's affairs.
