STATUS OF CHILDREN ACT 1974 - SECT 11

In this Part—

"procedure" means the following procedures within the meaning of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 —

        (a)     assisted reproductive treatment;

        (b)     artificial insemination.
