Summary Offences Act 1966 - SCHEDULE 1

SCHEDULED PUBLIC PLACES 1. Land used for the purposes of a Government school
within the meaning of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006. 2. Premises
or place where a children's service within the meaning of the
Children's Services Act 1996 operates in respect of which the Secretary within
the meaning of that Act provides grants, payments, subsidies or other
financial assistance. 3. Premises that are a residential service, residential
institution or residential treatment facility within the meaning of the
Disability Act 2006. 4. Premises that are an approved mental health service
within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1986. 5. Land held or managed by a
cemetery trust of a public cemetery to which the
Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 applies. ---------------
