Proceeds of sale of forfeited property to be paid to Consolidated Fund

61. Proceeds of sale of forfeited property to be paid to Consolidated Fund

The proceeds of the sale of any property forfeited to Her Majesty under the
provisions of this Act shall be paid into and form part of the Consolidated
Fund.
